I love to cook. I don't really have hobbies, so I guess cooking is my hobby. I am going to try posting my recipes. I don't have a fancy camera so the pics will be simple, you get the picture though:)

While Cake is Baking Mix the Following

Return to pan and add tomato sauce, water, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, spaghetti sauce, gloves and cinnamon bring to a boil. Once to a boil, lower heat and simmer(covered) for about 30 minutes. Healthy Nachos

Ground Beef or Ground Turkey (I use the Ground Turkey)
Taco Seasoning
Onions
1 can of Black Beans
Half a bag of frozen Sweet Corn
1 can of Rotel
Baked Tostidos Chips
Fiesta Blend Cheese
Salsa of your choice(I prefer the Albert's Brand)
Sour Cream(optional)

Cook meat, onions and taco seasoning till done. Drain any access fat. Return to pan and cook rotel, black beans and frozen corn together till beans and corn are soft. You will need to use a slotted spoon to top off your chips with the meat mixture. (There will be some liquid in the pan from beans and rotel.) Add your cheese, salsa and sour cream. You may add any other topping you like as well.

Creamy Sausage Pasta

3 slices of Center Cut Bacon(cut into bit size pieces)

1 14.5oz can of Stewed Tomatoes or you can use diced tomatoes

Ground Sausage

1 small Onion(diced)

2tbsp jarred chopped Garlic

1 tbsp of olive oil

1 tbsp of Butter

16 oz Whipping Cream

Salt & Pepper to taste

1 box Bow Tie Pasta

Boil a pot of water, once boiled add your pasta and cook till done.Heat pan and add oil till heated and then saute your onion and garlic till done.Next you will want to add the uncooked sausage and bacon to your pan and cook with the onion/garlic mixture. Sausage needs to be broken into pieces and your bacon won't be crisp like normal bacon would be. Next add the tomatoes, butter and whipping cream, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and then simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes.Serve over pasta. (FYI: this makes for awesome left overs!)

Chicken & Vegetable Stir Fry

1 tbsp of olive oil

10 chicken strips(cut into chunks)
2 large fresh broccoli florets(cut up, I throw away the stem)
1 pkg of carrot sticks
1 medium onion(cut into small strips)
Fresh Pineapple ( I use the kind that is already cut)
1 jalapeno(optional)-cut up
1 tsp Salt & Pepper
2 tbsp Stir Fry Sauce (I use the "House of Trang" brand)

Heat oil in pan till hot. Salt & Pepper your chicken and cook in oil till chicken is fully cooked. Add Broccoli, Carrot Sticks, Onion, Pineapple(optional) and Jalapeno(optional) and Stir Fry sauce, cook till desired tenderness. I usually stir the vegtables several times while cooking so the vegtables and chicken get good and coated with the sauce. Enjoy!!

Green Chile Stew

1 large onion(diced)

2 cans diced green chiles

2 cans diced tomatoes

1 pound of pork stew meat

Salt &Pepper(to taste)

Garlic Salt (to taste)

1 tablespoon Oil

2 cups of Instant White Rice

1 pound of potatoes( peeled, diced & washed)

1/2 gallon of water

Cover uncooked stew meat in flour, salt & pepper.(make sure it is good and coated, this will help tenderize the meat.) Heat oil in a soup pot and saute onions & meat. (Do not cook meat to long, you just want to brown it a little)Remove from heat and add about 1/2 gallon of water(Don't put to much water because you still need to add the canned vegetables and potatoes. You will have a big mess if you over flow)Next add the green chiles, tomatoes(in their juice), salt & pepper & garlic salt. Return to heat and bring to a boil. Let boil for about 15 minutes and then turn down heat. Let simmer for about a hour. Stirring occasionally. After a hour turn up heat and bring to a boil, add potatoes. Cook till potatoes are tender.Cook rice in microwave according to directions. After rice is fully cooked. Add desired amount of rice in a soup bowl and then add stew. Add more salt & pepper if desired. Enjoy!
