Yesterday I started riding my bike again,I have made up in my mind that I want to be fit. Not really to lose weight( that would be nice) but to just be healthy and fit.I rode 4 miles today and a little less than 3 yesterday. I have to work up to more miles, it's still hot outside at 6:00 at night.Working in the medical field you see all kinds of issue's that people have to deal with and I always hear Dr.Parvari tell them "You need to watch your weight and exercise." We have patent's that are my age and a little older that have bad knee's, bad back, heart disease and much more. I know some of that can be from family history and such. If I can do just a little something that would help my body in the long run, then I'm all for that.All I need to do now is eat a little better. It's hard giving up Star Buck's, Mint Mocha Chip Frappicino.Yum,Yum:)
PS: I tried to put a pick of a cyclist on here, but it wouldn't let me. Who Knows.

I'm with you Kim. I've been really trying to eat healthy lately (less fast food), but I need to start doing my exercise videos again. Mmm Starbucks, my favorite is actually a nonfat Cappuccino, but I still can't go (on Dave Ramsey debt snowball, oh well)!
Okay girl you just need to keep your attitude in your exercise! You need to do it now while you can, cause believe you me, when the kiddos start happening you will wish you even had time to do it.
Kim, if you do the exercise, the weight will start coming off. Start with one thing at a time. If you can get the exercise going, then you can get started working on the food problem. I started 3-1/2 years ago exercising and feel incredible! The food habits are still being worked on. They're not as bad as they used to be though. Keep it up - you can do it!!!
