Chicken & Vegetable Stir Fry

I am not a real big fan of chinease food, unless it is PF Chang's and well... that is another story. From time to time I do like making homemade chinease food, mainly because it is the only time that I use my WOK that I got as a wedding gift. It's super cool!

1 tbsp of olive oil
10 chicken strips(cut into chunks)
2 large fresh broccoli florets(cut up, I throw away the stem)
1 pkg of carrot sticks
1 medium onion(cut into small strips)
Fresh Pineapple ( I use the kind that is already cut)
1 jalapeno(optional)-cut up
1 tsp Salt & Pepper
2 tbsp Stir Fry Sauce (I use the "House of Trang" brand)

Heat oil in pan till hot. Salt & Pepper your chicken and cook in oil till chicken is fully cooked. Add Broccoli, Carrot Sticks, Onion, Pineapple(optional) and Jalapeno(optional) and Stir Fry sauce, cook till desired tenderness. I usually stir the vegtables several times while cooking so the vegtables and chicken get good and coated with the sauce. Enjoy!!
